1. DETENTION 206.28 226.90 per hour
Where for any reason not due to failure or neglect of the duty on his part, the Pilot of a ship is delayed in the performance of his duties, the Master, Owner or Agent of the ship shall pay in addition to any pilotage due a detention fee on completion of the first hour the Pilot is delayed and pro-rata for each completed half-hour thereafter.      
2. ORDERED, ATTENDED & CANCELLED (Outward Vessel) 785.83 864.41  
Where a Pilot boards a ship in order to conduct a ship in, into or out of a port or anchorage in Port Phillip, Melbourne, Geelong or Westernport and, for any reason not due to failure of neglect of duty on the part of the Pilot, the ship does not leave the part of the port or anchorage where she is lying, the Master, Owner or Agent shall pay an ordered, attended and cancelled fee.      
3. ORDERED & CANCELLED (Outward Vessel) 275.48 303.03  
Applies to vessel's sailing cancelled less than two (2) hours before ordered time.      
4. ORDERED & CANCELLED (Inward Vessel) 688.04 756.85  
Vessels failing to arrive within four (4) hours of E.T.A. without further notification.      
5. OVERCARRIED 82.29 90.52 per hour (Maximum charge per day $1,056.81 ex GST)
Where the Pilot of a ship proceeding out of Port Phillip or Westernport is overcarried, the Master, Agent or Owner of the ship shall in addition to any pilotage due, the reasonable expenses incurred by the pilot in travelling from the ship and whilst he remains on board the ship, and also an hourly rate with a maximum fee per day, until he is returned to his base.      
6. ENGINE TRIALS, COMPASS ADJUSTING, DF CALIBRATIONS, OR ANY OTHER SUCH ORDERED SERVICE 206.28 226.90 per hour
This charge is additional to normal pilotage charges.
